I had a premature epiphany. That I’ve never shared the secrets behind the immaculate design of Psychomachia by Stephen Barrett.

We’ve left a trail of books and music in the indie record shops and galleries we toured last week. Thanks to all our performers, hosts, and people who braved the storms. We’re hugely grateful to be able to play, and share our work live. Please support Cold Lips and our limited edition CD of Concrete Portrait by Gil De Ray. The artwork is by Jason McGlade.
Tune into Slack City x Cold Lips 10pm Friday, to hear the recording of our happening at the Family Store in Brighton. We’ve got Richard Cabut, the first author we published as Cold Lips Press, with Jeffrey Wengrofsky in from New York, Icelandic musician and writer, Hákon Aðalsteinsson, all published by Far West Press, with Lilly Creightmore playing aside me on drone. We had a visit from Dorothy Max Prior too, an inspiration of a musician, writer, editor and feminist force. In the pub after, it was good to meet Wire, the band, who also do a show on Slack City.
It’s been that kind of few weeks, and I hope you hear how happy we are to be doing this on the show. xx
